I realized that I have never posted about running. I suppose I don't have much to say, but rather, I just do it.
So as a first post about running, I'll share this link that G just sent me about the race we did this past weekend in 98(?) degree heat: Pacers Crystal City Twilighter 5k. It was not a race that either of us planned to gun and get a PR ... we just didn't want to die. We both did relatively well (and survived), beating our times from last year (me, by over 2 minutes).
